Dr. Hyzy is board-certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and fellowship-trained in interventional orthopedics and regenerative medicine. He specializes in non-surgical spine, orthopedic, and musculoskeletal care with an emphasis on precision image-guided procedures, performance optimization, and longevity-focused medicine. Alpine is built as a premium, physician-led concierge practice — kept intentionally small so care is never rushed or delegated.
